Kontorblokk oppført 2003 for OBOS Forretningsbygg (ark. Hille + Melbye). Inneholder kontorer bl.a. for Plan- og bygningsetaten. 4. Vahl flerbrukshall, idrettshall oppført 2001, ble de første årene kalt «Hangar’n».
