Die Dorfkirche Nattwerder ist ein Kirchengebäude im westlich der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam gelegenen Ortsteil Nattwerder. Die unter Denkmalschutz stehende Kirche gehört zum Pfarrbereich Alt Töplitz im Kirchenkreis Mittelmark-Brandenburg der Evangelischen Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz. Die Besonderheit der Kirche ist der Standort der Orgel auf einer Ostempore über dem Altar.
