Die Gertrudiskapelle war eine spätgotische Kapelle in Bonn, die im Zweiten Weltkrieg 1944 schwer beschädigt und nach Kriegsende abgeräumt wurde. Sie befand sich am Rheinufer im sogenannten Rheinviertel.
