Die Kapelle St. Georg (historisch auch St. Jürgen-Kirche) ist ein spätgotischer Backsteinbau aus dem späten 15. Jahrhundert in Altentreptow in Vorpommern. Sie gehört zu den ältesten erhaltenen Hospitalkapellen im norddeutschen Raum und steht unter Denkmalschutz.
