St. Elisabeth ist eine denkmalgeschützte römisch-katholische Kirche im Stadtteil Refrath von Bergisch Gladbach im Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreis in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie ist heute Filialkirche der Katholischen Kirchengemeinde St. Johann Baptist in Refrath. St. Elisabeth wurde in den Jahren 1961 bis 1963 erbaut. Verantwortlicher Architekt war Bernhard Rotterdam.
