St. Bernhard in Bookholzberg, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Ganderkesee im niedersächsischen Landkreis Oldenburg, ist eine römisch-katholische Filialkirche der Pfarrei St. Marien (Delmenhorst). Sie steht unter dem Patrozinium des hl. Bernhard und gehört zum Dekanat Delmenhorst im Bistum Münster. Das Gotteshaus ist ein runder Backsteinbau mit weiß gestrichenem Turm und bietet 120 Gläubigen Platz.
