Die Kirche St. Ulrich (auch Ulrichskirche) ist eine evangelische Pfarrkirche in Rietenau, einem Dorf und Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aspach im baden-württembergischen Rems-Murr-Kreis. Die Kirchengemeinde Aspach gehört zum Kirchenbezirk Backnang der Evangelischen Landeskirche in Württemberg. Die mehrfach umgebaute, gotische Chorturmanlage wurde 1262 zum ersten Mal urkundlich erwähnt. Die denkmalgeschützte Kirche ist nach dem Heiligen Ulrich von Augsburg benannt.
