Die Dreifaltigkeitskirche (umgangssprachlich: Miesbergkirche) ist eine katholische Wallfahrtskirche auf dem Miesberg in Schwarzenfeld, einem Markt im Oberpfälzer Landkreis Schwandorf (Bayern). Sie wurde 1694 fertiggestellt und seitdem mehrfach erweitert und restauriert. Im 20. Jahrhundert entstanden um diese Kirche ein Passionistenkloster sowie ein Kreuzweg.
