Westerholter Kirche

Die evangelisch-lutherische Westerholter Kirche im Hauptort der Gemeinde Westerholt, einem Teil der Samtgemeinde Holtriem in Ostfriesland, ist eine Saalkirche mit separat errichtetem Glockenturm. Sie wurde um 1250/1270 mit einer Apsis errichtet, die nicht erhalten ist, und im 15. Jahrhundert stark befestigt worden war. Seit 2009 heißt die Kirche in Westerholt Friedenskirche.
