Die Hospitalkirche in Wetzlar im hessischen Lahn-Dill-Kreis ist eine evangelisch-lutherische Predigtkirche. Sie wurde 1762–1764 im Rokoko-Stil erbaut und gilt als seltenes und qualitativ hochwertiges Beispiel dieses Baustils unter den lutherischen Predigtkirchen. Der fünfachsige Saalbau mit Fünfachtelschluss und westlichem Haubendachreiter ist hessisches Kulturdenkmal mit reicher Innenausstattung.
