Die Johanniskirche (häufig auch umschrieben als Adelbyer Kirche) ist die älteste Kirche der Stadt Flensburg und liegt im Gebiet Adelby, der wohl eigentlichen Keimzelle Flensburgs. Sie ist nicht zu verwechseln mit der im Stadtkern liegenden Johanniskirche des Johannesviertels.
