Sie wurde 1813 in Oberbettringen auf der abgerissenen Chorturmkirche St. Cyriakus von 1485 erbaut und ist die Hauptkirche Bettringens sowie Pfarrsitz der Seelsorgeeinheit Unterm Bernhardus im Dekanat Ostalb (Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart).
