St. Cornelius und Cyprian ist eine römisch-katholische Pfarrkirche in Mittelbiberach in Oberschwaben. Die etwa in der Mitte der Gemeinde leicht erhöht stehende Kirche wurde von 1592 bis 1610 erbaut und besitzt eine meist neobarocke Ausstattung. Die geostete Kirche feiert ihr Patrozinium am 16. September und gehört dem Dekanat Biberach in der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart an.
