Die Kirche St. Jakobus der Ältere ist die katholische Pfarrkirche des Dorfes Effeldorf, eines Stadtteiles von Dettelbach. Das Gotteshaus steht an der Jesuitenstraße in der Mitte des Dorfes. Ursprünglich befand sich dort eine Loretokapelle, die als Chor in das heutige Gebäude integriert wurde. Die Kirche gehört zum Dekanat Kitzingen.
