Die römisch-katholische Basilika St. Cyriakus (auch Propsteikirche) ist eine Pfarrkirche in der Stadt Duderstadt im Landkreis Göttingen von Niedersachsen. Sie gilt als Hauptkirche der Stadt und des Untereichsfelds. In der Stadt wird sie auch „Oberkirche“ und in der Region „Eichsfelder Dom“ genannt. Seit dem 3. Oktober 2015 ist sie päpstliche Basilica minor. Architektonisch ist die dreischiffige gotische Kirche eine Staffelhalle mit basilikalem Chor. Ihre Pfarrgemeinde gehört zum Dekanat Untereichsfeld des Bistums Hildesheim.
