Die Pfarrkirche St. Johann Baptist ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche in Bad Honnef, einer Stadt im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie liegt nordwestlich des Rathauses an Markt und Kirchplatz im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Kirche steht als Baudenkmal seit 1988 unter Denkmalschutz. Die gleichnamige Pfarrgemeinde Sankt Johannes Baptist bildet mit sieben anderen Pfarrgemeinden den Sendungsraum „Katholisch am Siebengebirge“ im Erzbistum Köln.
