Das Katharinenspital zu den Sondersiechen, heute kurz St. Katharina genannt, ist ein Gebäudekomplex mit Kapelle im Schwerzer, westlich der Altstadt von Schwäbisch Gmünd. Er diente ehemals als Siechenspital und lag außerhalb der Stadtbefestigung.
