Die Kirche St. Nicolai Andreas zu Biegen wurde vermutlich um 1270 erbaut, da massive Kirchen etwa zehn bis zwanzig Jahre nach der Ortsgründung errichtet wurden. Das Dorf Bigyn wurde bereits 1253 gegründet und heißt heute Biegen, ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Briesen (Mark), Landkreis Oder-Spree. Sie gehört zum Kirchenkreis Oderland-Spree der Evangelischen Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz.
