Die römisch-katholische Wallfahrtskirche Maria Hilf in Trutzhain, einem Stadtteil von Schwalmstadt im nordhessischen Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, ist eine Wallfahrtskirche. Die dort einmal jährlich zelebrierte Quinauer Wallfahrt ist die zentrale religiöse Veranstaltung der Schwälmer Katholiken und die einzige kirchlich anerkannte Wallfahrt in Nordhessen.
