Die römisch-katholische Kapelle St. Sebastian gehörte zum ehemaligen Hospital von Mellrichstadt, einer Stadt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Rhön-Grabfeld in Bayern. Sie trägt daher in der ortsansässigen Bevölkerung auch den Namen Spitalkirche. Das denkmalgeschützte Bauwerk entstand Mitte des 14. Jahrhunderts.
