Die Kirchengemeinde gehört zum Kirchenkreis Zossen-Fläming der Evangelischen Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz. Der Entwurf geht auf eine Normalkirche Karl Friedrich Schinkels zurück.
