Schloss Sommerswalde liegt unweit von Schwante (Gemeinde Oberkrämer) inmitten des Schwanter Forstes in Brandenburg. Die Gesamtanlage des Schlosses mit seinen Nebengebäuden wurde 1888 bis 1891 für den Leutnant a. D. Friedrich August Richard Sommer nach Plänen der Berliner Architekten Hans Abesser und Jürgen Kröger errichtet.
