Galleri F 15 er et kunstgalleri for formidling av samtidskunst på Jeløya i Moss. Institusjonen ble opprettet av brødrene Lars Brandstrup og Niels Brandstrup i 1966, som det første galleriet av sitt slag. Navnet stammer fra adressen Fossen 15 i Moss, galleriets første lokale.
