Lavegård is an archaeological site in Ibsker parish on eastern Bornholm where excavations have uncovered remains of an ancient community including a chapel ruin and evidence of iron smelting. Archaeologists found pottery, postholes marking ancient houses, ovens and hearths, and industrial traces of iron extraction and ceramics firing. The site demonstrates how Bornholm's Iron Age settlements combined agricultural, religious, and industrial functions in a single community.
