Poulsker is a parish and dispersed settlement in southern Bornholm, about 3 km west of Snogebæk, representing a typical Bornholm pattern of scattered rural settlement (spredt bydannelse). The community is centred around its medieval parish church and surrounding farms rather than forming a compact village. The parish lies at the boundary between Bornholm's agricultural south and the wilder heathland towards the coast.
