Tovstrup is a village in Silkeborg Kommune, historically comprising 16 farms during the period 1536-1850. The village is situated in a valley landscape near Sørring and is crossed by Tovstrup Bæk. As a kulturmiljø, Tovstrup represents a well-preserved example of the traditional Central Jutland agricultural village.
