This kulturmiljø covers the Tuborg harbour area in southern Hellerup, formerly a traffic and ferry harbour serving the Tuborg Breweries. The area has been redeveloped into a modern residential and commercial district, with landmarks including the red and green Tuborg bottle lighthouses at the harbour entrance. Notable new buildings include Experimentarium (2017) by Cebra and KDY's restaurant (2007), representing a successful transformation of industrial heritage.
