This kulturmiljø covers a residential area in the Jægersborg district of Gentofte, characterised by large villa plots from the early 20th century. The area became known as Jægersborg in 1677, named after the royal hunting castle. Nearby Ermelunden and the intersection of Jægersborg Allé with Bernstorffsvej at Femvejen, where a roundabout was established in 1908 as a tram turning point, are defining landmarks.
