I baggården til Dalgasgade 45 ligger Hosebinderhuset. Tidligere fungerede baghuset, der nedbrændte i 1919, som hakkelsesskæreri og hestestal. Efter genopbygning lejede flere håbefulde tekstilfabrikanter fra 1920 og frem sig i huset.1920
