This kulturmiljø covers another section of the Strømmen industrial quarter in Randers, where factories and workshops once dominated the landscape south of the harbour. The abandoned factory areas now present opportunities for new urban functions and modern redevelopment. Together with the other Strømmen designations, this area documents the full extent of Randers' former industrial zone along Gudenåen.
