Gassum

Gassum is a village of approximately 395 inhabitants located 14 km north of Randers. The original village was concentrated along an east-west road, but a major fire in 1904 destroyed eight farms and fundamentally altered the village environment. Later development occurred along the Randers-Mariager road, giving the village its present form.
