This kulturmiljø covers a section of the Strømmen district adjacent to the Randers harbour area. Strømmen Station, located at Strømmen 32, is a heritage-listed building from 1905 whose station building, warehouse, and platform were protected in 2005. The area documents the transition from heavy industry to new urban functions in the former industrial zone south of Randers city centre.
