Spørring Å is a stream that flows from the watershed at Todbjerg westward through the Spørring valley, continuing under Randersvej and onward to Lilleåen and Gudenåen. The village of Spørring along the stream is a winding road village with a well-preserved medieval settlement pattern, where the church occupies a central elevated position on a hill south of the stream. The area illustrates the relationship between watercourse, church, and village settlement in a typical Ice Age moraine landscape.
