Opførtes 1913 til fiskerihøjskole, tegnet af arkitekt Ivar Bentsen - leder af bevægelsen for Bedre Byggeskik. Fra 1924 til 1955 blev den drevet som gymnastikhøjskole, hvor der tilbyggedes kirke og tårn.
