Sankt Ols Kirke in Olsker is one of Bornholm's four famous 12th-century round churches, located 4 km south of Allinge. At 28 metres, it is the tallest and most elegant of the round churches on Bornholm. Built of granite boulders around 1150, it served both as a place of worship and a fortified refuge against Wendish pirates, with thick walls and a flat defensive platform on the upper floor.
