Ballehage Havbad is a seaside bathing facility south of Aarhus, built in 1954 using materials from the former Søndre Bathing Facility, which was relocated due to increasing pollution at Tangkrogen. The facility, which has always had free admission, features changing cabins and a bathing pier along the coast. Ballehage also hosts one of Denmark's oldest winter bathing clubs, established in 1929, whose members originally changed in a cave carved into the slope before building their first proper clubhouse.
